I have a bunch of clothing that have stains. I sprayed with oxiclean before washing. Didn’t work. I soaked in hot water with dissolved powdered oxyclean. To no avail.
Help!!!

Doesn’t hot water set the stains?
Spray and leave it overnight before washing can help.

I’ve already sprayed.
I did the hot water because that’s what someone told me to do

Depends what kinda stain. Some stains that you dab dissolved oxiclean powder directly into stain and let sit, it'll do the magix. Some stains after summer, forget about. If it was a cheap outfit and the stain isn't budging, it goes in the dumpster after the season.
I also make a mix of 2x peroxide to 1x dawn dish lotion. Rub onto stain and let sit a few hours. Good to spot test can sometimes take out stain but ruin light colored clothing. Oil stains, shampoo works. I use shout spray for daily stains, the earlier you spray, the better, so stain doesn't set in. Good luck. I'm open to hearing I'd anyone has 'the magic stain remover' that always works!
