Since my daughter was 10, she developed over time, random allergic reactions. Hives, itchy eyes, itchy skin. These reactions are few and far between so we havent really been able to pinpoint them. An allergist I took her to claimed they were environmental ( he did the skin prick test on her arm)
Lately, she has developed an almost constant clearing of the throat. Makes me think she has a mucus buildup= too much dairy?? Has anyone had something similar, what was the cause?

Look into mast cell activation disorders.
Constant throat clearing could also be a tic.

My brother has this. It is a combination of allergies and Gerd. Allergy shots helped but did not stop it completely.
