Honestly? Hard to explain, but I feel like people don’t care for me with my sn... at least when I’m anonymous I don’t care as much. And when I started this thread I was afraid there’ll be backlash and so definitely didn’t want it associated with my sn and “negative” vibes etc...
and also I talk too much. So I would have gone back to not being amother but then I posted personal stuff. Posters may have anyway figured out who I am but I don’t care as long as it’s not in my posting history... ok does my rambling make sense?

Was a pretty regular day.

Used here for the most part at least till life becomes drama free again... yet I still have the occasional pot (thank you Betty Crocker & bekelach- my lifesavers lol) and other utensils which sit around for a unpredictable time till I get around...
this past motzei shabbos I finally decided it was time to train the girls in on dishes washing... let’s just say they need an extensive amount of practice till I won’t need to re wash. At least it motivated me somewhat since it wasn’t in the sink anymore and was just easier to deal with.

I’m a clinical program manager in a pediatric subacute care unit but because we’re short-staffed I fill in and do the hands on care that nurses are supposed to do.

For me in the UK it is now the middle of the afternoon.
I read that you work in a paediatric subacute care unit.
Is that a bit like an intensive care unit for children?
Do the parents always stay with their children in your unit?
I hope you don't mind my asking.
