My two year old just finished a round of fever (possibly flu). No coughing during the day, just fever and irritability. But she can’t sleep properly. The last 24 hours she didn’t have fever but last night she couldn’t sleep. She kept waking up, couldn’t fall asleep in her crib, I kept her in my bed but she still kept waking up. She was snoring a lot. She sounded congested. Is there anything I can do for that?

Use a humidifier near her bed. If she wakes up in middle of the night, take her into the bathroom, turn on the shower on hottest and steam up the bathroom. Steam helps congestion .

Another vote for a humidifier. There are some that you can add in essential oils as well if that's your thing
