I saw on another thread that people use mini alcohol for baking. Can ppl post recipes? Any without pudding mix or whipped cream would be nice... Trying to use up what I got not buy more things I don't have yet...

No recipe needed. Choose your desired flavor of alcoholic beverage and use it instead of all or part of the liquid (water, milk, juice) called for in the recipe. I wouldn't use vodka because it adds no flavor. Instead, use any sweet liqueur such as creme de menthe, Sabra, or Amaretto. Terrific in chocolate cake.

Bourbon chicken
Amaretto cake
Penne a la vodka
Chocolate or coffee liquor glaze for cake, or just drizzled over vanilla ice cream
