TFH from MR worked wonders for my 2 kids that had it
Eta: you must follow the instructions exactly. Quite time consuming. But it was worth it for me.

Same. If you are breast feeding use it on your nipples too.

Also take strong prebiotic. You can give baby too.

Literally scrub the thrush out of the mouth with a sterile gauze. After weeks of struggling, that is what helped me. it sounds cruel but it's crueler to leave it. The doctor did it the first time, a week later it was back and I did it and afterwrads no more issue.

This is what I have known other mothers using for their babies when I was a young mother...copied it from Google. It worked for them:

Gentian Violet
Gentian violet is a sort of dye that imparts color to anything that it touches. This home remedy has been in use for many years as a cure for baby thrush. Research has also shown it to be an effective solution.

Apply some gentian violet in your baby’s mouth with a cotton swab
Do this once or twice in a day
Continue for up to three days. You should notice a difference
Make sure your baby is undressed prior to application. This way you won’t stain the clothes
You can also apply some petroleum jelly to your baby’s lips before applying the dye. This way the lips won’t be stained.
It is usually been proven to be safe for use on human. It is safe to apply on babies. However, to be sure, consult your baby’s doctor first. Gentian violet is easily available at drugstores and online. When buying, make sure you purchase 1% Gentian Violet solution.

It gets everywhere!
Didn’t work for me or baby but the person who lent it to me says it works for most and she is someone I trust.

Dilute baking soda and water and rub in the mouth. Makes the PH where the thrush can't survive.

If mom is nursing, mom also needs to take a probiotic and use probiotic on nipples

I had no idea what I'm giving. All I know is that somebody recommended it to me. Gave me instructions how much to give and that's it.
