It Will be hot on shabbos and colder on sunday. What are you doing about thé air conditioner? My apartment gets very hot and windows dont help. No ceiling fan. My baby Will unplug thé tower fan and AC plug. Any way To have thé air conditioner set on a timer just for one of thé 2 day yom tov?

Where do you live? Where I live, doesn't sound like it's gonna be that hot on Sunday. High of 70.

I can just cool off the house right before Shabbos, and then shut the a/c.

Get a multi-day timer. Then you can have it set to be on for shabbos and off for sunday.

2 things to keep in mind:

Not all ac’s work with timers (many newer ones won’t turn on, in this case not much of a problem, but even just turning it off like that is not good for the ac)

Reb Moshe held timers should only be used for lights (if this is not your DH’s/Rav’s shita then just ignore this, but if you’ve never used a timer on Shabbos/yom Tov before, you might want to check first)
