Does anyone have any information on a mikvah local to chashmonaim? The only number I could find seems to be out of service.
What do mikvas in Israel typically provide, and what do I need to bring?

Not really much help to you, but I had a friend who used to live in Chasmonaim, and they rented an apartment that overlooked the path to the mikva. It was part of their rental contract that they should not use the mirpesset during the hours that the mikva was open, to ensure privacy for the women.
She moved a few years ago, or I would ask her for you, but whatever she knows isn't up to date.
