Vegetable stir fry using sautéed onions and shredded carrots, shredded sweet potato and shredded zucchinis. Seasoning to taste : salt, sugar and pepper. It cooks in its own juices and freezes a beauty.

Blended soups freeze well, also roasts, minute steak in sauce, potato knishes, kugels, compote, cakes.
