You mean Howell?

People are in the Candlewood neighborhood and Woodstome neighborhood.

Street names to search;
For Candlewood: Newbury, Old Bridge, Nottingham, Salem Hill.

For Woodstone: Starlight, Sweetbriar Trail, Pepperidge, Mendon.

The crowd is a mix. More yeshivish/ litvish, and some heimish.

There is a shabbos minyan in the Candlewood neighborhood.

I mean Howell. The house I'm talking about is on Starlight, but farther down... the neighborhood is called oak glen.

People are there already.

ETA: I'm assuming you mean closer to Snowdrift Dr and Appletree Rd. I don't think there is a family there yet, but it's so close by. I wouldn't hesitate to buy there. People will follow you. That neighborhood is already expanding in all directions.

Okay, that's a bit further out in the other direction.

Same rules as above. People will be there in no time, most likely.

It's just a half hour walk to the minyan on Newbury.

There are a few jewish families living on starlight or in contract. And the streets nearby. As soon as there's enough families a new minyan will open closer by.
