I read from the OU that raw meats that are factory package do not need to have OU-P designation and can be eaten on Pesach. They specify that broiled or ground meats must be KLP. I had a corned beef from during the year that I saved for Pesach. Does this fall under raw meat? There are some pickling ingredients.

Corned beef is brined and processed. It's not considered raw unhindered meat. It most definitely needs a KLP hechsher as the salt peter and spices are not kosher for passover year round. The butchers use different ingredients to corn the beef for pesach.

Raw meat means just raw meat. Anything that had a process done to it or includes any type of spice is no longer just raw meat. So it needs to be klp.

Yes it does since it is not considered plain raw meat. It has lots of additives and processing.

Sorry. The vinegar and other ingredients used to pickle the meat were definitely chometzdik.
