My 9 month old daughter has a runny nose and fever. Doctor says there's nothing to do but how can I make her more comfortable. She's very cranky and looks so sad

That sounds like my baby when he's cutting teeth.

Give her lots of fluids too. When babies, children or adults run a fever, it's so crucial for their system to have enough fluid, because the fever absorbs lots of fluids from the body. Your baby may feel more thirsty at this time, and therefore more kvetchy too.. if she runs a high fever she might need something stronger than Tylenol, like children's Motrin.. works better than Tylenol to reduce fevers.. but first please check with your ped.

Thanks, her fever hasnt been too high, around 38.2. (I think its almost 101). The Tylenol has been helping. She's been drinking way more than usual, she keeps giving me an empty cup to refill with water.
I just gave her a lukewarm bath and bH it put her in a great mood.
I have no idea if she's teething. She just got her first 2 teeth a couple weeks ago, and she acted just fine though.
