Anyone familiar with this?
We used to have no issue getting our 2020 forms submitted/approved.*
We need to see 2 new different specialists one in state and one out of state- again no issue ever to get approval. Suddenly they need a doctors letter? Anyone knows what’s going on and how to get things moving?
*not that I need to justify why we need this, but before y’all jump on me- Dc has a rare condition and we live in an area with no good doctors/hospitals and no public transportation. Besides which dc is immunocompromised and technologically dependent so public transportation would be out of the question anyway.

Not sure if this is helpful - but in 2018/19 I was working somewhere where I was dealing with MAS and 2020 forms, so I don’t think it’s really new.
If it’s something different from the existing standing orders or routes I think it makes sense that there needs to be a new request
