Most pediatric ots. It became the in thing to become certified in MNRI ( reflex integration)
What you want to look for is an OT that doesn’t only do reflex integration the whole session from beginning to end. Every session should include traditional strengthening and sensory integration as well.

Her facility name is called RINJ ( rehab institute New Jersey) and she’s not a certified hand therapist as far as I know. The therapists working for her do some hand therapy. She does MNRI a lot.

Speaking as an experienced OT, I agree with this- I have never seen reflex integration so effective that no other therapy was needed. When it's warranted, I include it in my plan of care amongst other treatment. And I definitely don't think every kid needs it. I know therapists who heavily focus on RI and for some reason ALL the kids they evaluate have retained reflexes.

I am an OT and agree with this too BUT I feel it’s important to mention that many RI exercises incorporate sensory processing and strengthening.

For adults- Miriam Manela in Passaic or Danielle Amster in Monsey. Both excellent, I personally know people who have used both of them and seen life changing results.

As a therapist that worked there I can't agree more! Big focus in reflex integration along with sensory and core.
