Does anyone know if there is a way to get discolored baby bottle nipples to look new (ie-clear) again? I believe they are silicone nipples (Avent brand).
Thanks

If they are old nipples, probably not. If they are new and so is the discoloration, try soaking them in a solution of warm water and white vinegar. If you wash them in the dishwasher, try Cascade plastic booster or something similar.

if they are old nipples, then you should just get rid of them. it's not sanitary to use bottle nipples for that long, and they should be replaced every few months.

Yellowed plastic can be bleached white again by soaking in a solution of chlorine bleach in water. (it also kills germs while you're at it. of course you rinse VERY well after!) If the yellowing is from contact with colored liquids, that's ok. If it's from age, I'd toss 'em and get new ones.
