I'm filing unemployment since I lost my job. One week I got $150 less then usual without any reason. I tried calling them and it wasn't possible to reach them. I tried to send a message and couldn't go through it just came I that I have to call. After a few attempt I just gave up, wasn't worth for $150.
The past few weeks I haven't received any benefits. I received a message that I can't receive benefits because I did not send my job search records when they requested it. I never received anything requesting it before. I replied with the requested document and still didn't receive any benefits and neither heard anything from them.
Now the billion & question. Is there any way to reach them???????????????
