3-5% is industry standard. Lakewood standards are normally different but it varies by your title, size of the company, your value etc.

Think it prob depends on level of job, how many hours, importance, etc. If u've only gotten small raises and been there for a few yrs, can prob ask more vs if only for a yr in entry-level job.
