My husband and kids have been asking for meatballs and I thinking owe it to them. I’d love to try a new recipe. Anyone have a new one I can try. In case you need one, I’ll share mine I got.
2 lbs chopped meat
2 eggs
1/4 c plain bread crumbs
1/4 c plain cornflake crumbs
A few shakes of each- garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper
3 heaping tbsp ketchup
Shape into small meatballs. Drop into pot. Add two large jars of your favorite marinara sauce, fill 1 jar with cold water. Cover and let cook for1-2 hours on low flame.
Freezes beautifully
Happy prepping

Mishapacha had 3 recipes for sweet and sour meatballs, which can be googled. My DH enjoys it!
