The huge emphasis we place on being thin. It no doubt has ruined many lives, whether with eating disorders or poor body images etc.

Having to pretend bare minimums that have a shaky source at best are actually valid as halacha.

Allowing secular culture and norms to influence frum life

Yes. yes. yes.
And I'll add to have pressure to have many kids if you can't handle it, out of social pressure.

Young girls owning cellphones. I think it’s a pertza, but it seems to be widely accepted.

The " fit in the box" attitude, when it comes to school and kids.
And,
I wish homeschooling was more an accepted norm. The looong day of education and sitting for hours in school vs being kids, running and playing and learning freely.

This topic was addressed so many times on this site. Don't knock how others dress their kids. You don't want me knocking your taste which probably differs vastly from my own.

Hocking against technology instead of teaching how to use it in a way that reflects your own values.

Throwing out the baby with the bath water - not seeing the great advantages of technology. (Torah is being spread world wide)

High school teachers that are not self aware of themselves at all and project their defenses onto the students.

Teaching yiddishkeit with an emphasis on gehenohim or negativity.

Referring to a girl or boy as “top” instead of being more realistic that we all have strengths and weaknesses.
