I made amaretto cake that cracked and the inside is still raw. Any way I can save it or serve another way? Maybe trifle or something?
Please share ideas!
Thanks

I find that Amaretto cake is the one cake that I like to overbake a little. I don't know if it's true for all recipes but it is for mine.
I also find it very necessary to beat the eggs with the sugar thoroughly - 3 minutes should do it - so the texture is soft and not rubbery.

I had a disaster with a Bundt cake that disintegrated.
I made a Trifle and people actually were more excited about the trifle than they would have been about the cake.
I also used a lot of shortcuts because I had limited time so I used instant pudding and Cool Whip.
