I ordered a case of mayo for pesach.
It came separated...4 jars of mayo.
It looks gross. My DH thinks we can just mix it up and use it... I don't think it's safe.
Thoughts?

why wouldnt it be safe? commercial mayi is pastuerized. it just wasnt homegenized properly
