This is a beautifully written piece that I think resonates with many people. |
It was very well written and I can sort of relate to it; I have two girls and for some years after I would have people asking me when we were going to have another baby or commenting 'Just the two children?' The one that really got me was when I was asked 'Are you going to try again for a boy.'
I felt like asking how does one try for a boy? I mean how does it differ to trying for a girl?
I haven't been asked for some time but it made me wonder why people thought they had the right to ask such personal questions.
