Very recently I called the cRc about this hechsher on the Bob's flours/mixes and they told me it was fine.

I was told this too - but only on the Bob's flour and mixes.

all the flours or just the wheat flour? and what are the mixes? like cake mixes? I would love to buy some of the Bob's Red Mill stuff but never knew the hechsher.

I asked the cRc if that hechsher which I saw on the Bob's Red Mill products was okay and was told it was fine.

If you'd like to clarify, just call the cRc and ask whoever answers the phone and they'll get the information for you.

I know that our local kosher grocery under heimishe hashgocha sells various Bob's Red Mill flours and mixes.

Was looking up this same kashrut symbol today. What I found:
The following kashrus information regarding is Rabbi Eiditz on August 30, 2013.

"Special alert: Some kashrus agencies take over a kosher supervision but their logo does not appear for some time on the product due to a company’s desire to use up old labels or containers. This is the case with the Sriracha sauce bearing the Shield Mogen David K from Philadelphia which has been certified for over a year by the RCC but does not bear their label until all of the bottles will be used up. We do not recommend products bearing the previous symbol. "

"Another such confusing case is the Bob’s Red Mill products bearing the underlined K. Rabbi Teichman has been certifying that product for over a year as well but the old symbol remains on the product. The KIB does not recommend the previous certifications on both products. All of the Bob’s Red Mill products bearing the Underline K are reliably certified by Rabbi Teichman. Other products bearing that symbol remain not recommended."
The previous alert can be cited with the URL: http://www.kashrut.com/Alerts/?alert=A4324

Of course, in the box below:
