I have done all my Purim baking but have extra filling (prune and cherry). What can I do with it that isn't hamentasen-like?

I have that problem every year ... with all the hamentashen it tends to just go to waste ...

Or even better, take a spoon and yum with some crumbly cookies!

With brownie batter, I just bake mini brownies. Never a waste.

Freeze in little bags and defrost for toppings on pies or mini brownies (the cherries, not the prune)
