I always see out there these people who advertise, "just use this card and get perscription discounts- no charge to use these coupon"
Are these places for real? why would they just let me use a card and get discounts with nothing for me to pay extra for the service?
Anyone has any good names out there that I can look into?

Once you purchase their product with the discount, the drug companies are betting on you still using the same drug even when you can't get the discount anymore.
If you go to the specific drug's website sometimes they offer rebates on them.
Walgreens has a prescription club:

I hope this is helpful!

Target discounts tons of drugs, and so does Wal-Mart, I think. My husband gets both medications he needs for $8 a month! The Target website has a list of all the meds included!

Yeah, Walmart has $4 prescriptions. It might only be generic prescriptions but you can check their website for more info as I'm sure they have a list.
