Due to circumstances beyond my control, there was no fish for Shabbos, so I made this. It was pretty good !
Golden Caviar (Dip)
approx 1 1/2 cups mayo
1/4 cup dill or chives
4 oz Caviar
juice of one lemon
pepper to taste
You mix it all up and then serve it cold. Easy !
