I brought a ready marinated rib steak. I have to cook it, grill it or bake it. Which one should I choose? What should I make to the side?

Do you have a George Foreman grill? (hope that isnt advertising). I would do it on there or in a griddle pan. Delicious.
I would make a red wine and mushroom sauce to go on top, and roast potatoes. You're making me hungry!

she said its already marinated, I don't think it needs the sauce. roast potatoes and grilled vegies sound perfect.

Pan sear it in a frying pan/skillet. Yum!

I won't bake it, but either grill or pan-fry so that the meat doesn't get too hard.

Yum. Rib steaks are my favorite steaks. I grill them and they come out great.

On the side, I usually make potato salad and a lettuce salad and sometimes pasta salad. When I make it for Shabbat, I make rice or mashed potatoes and string beans with it.
