My 8 month old is having constant dirty diapers. Like every diaper we change is dirty. I know that he is teething as he has two huge swollen bumps on his lower gums. Is this connected and does he need to go to a doctor? It's been since Thursday morning, it's now Sunday morning.

my 9 month old had that on friday and is teething, maybe but shabbos her nappies were fine.

I have seen that connection with both my kids.
When they are teething they have constant dirty diapers & that's the only time they get a bad diaper rash.
As soon as the teeth cut through they start getting better

same here! Mine get diarrhea too.

thanks, thats what I figured. my older kid never had a single symptom of teething. one day she just had teeth.
I hope the teeth cut soon, this diaper situation is not fun.

ok, it's been a week. still no teeth, and still only dirty diapers. a few days ago the dr didnt seem concerned, but now its been four more days. is this normal?
