Difficult Chanuka trivia questions

I'm not so brushed up on Chanukah, but here are some questions (don't know all the answers - whoever does, please post!):

-Name Matisyahu's 5 sons

-Who got killed by an elephant (I think one of his sons - not sure)

-Chanukah is an acronym for... ? (ches nairos vhalacha k'bais hillel)

-How does Bais Shammai say to light the Menorah? (8 the first night, 7 the second night, etc)

-How tall can a Kosher Menorah be? (answer's probably in the kitzur)

-If there was enough oil to light the Menorah for 1 day and it miraculously stayed lit for another 7, why do we celebrate 8 days (ie, the first day wasn't a miracle)? (There's a bunch of answers for this) (Day #1 was for finding the jug of oil) (They put in enough oil each day to stay lit for a short amount of time and it stayed for 24 hours) (etc)

-What year did chanukah take place?

-What famous thing happened on 25 Kislev, way before the Chanukah story? (Mishkan was finished - I think - but they didn't dedicate it til Rosh Chodesh Nissan)

-Who composed Moaz Tzur (no idea - would be interesting to find out)

-What do you do if you forgot Al Hanisim in Shemonei Esrai? (If finished - don't repeat Shemonei Esrai)

-Nun, Gimmel, Hay, Shin - is Gematria of which famous word? MOSHIACH!!!

Elazar killed the elephant by thrusting his sword/spear up into its belly, after which it fell on him. Some say he just fainted and was found alive afterward.
