I'm trying to think of something uplifiting or encouraging to tell you (like take things with humor, people will enjoy the warmth and the inspiration - not the food, or whatever...) but I know this would not have helped my stress at all...

bh its all over...one more event tomorrow night but that one is much less stressfull. And dh went to visit the chef and he is fine, just in a lot of pain.
I am just so bad at delegating...so I always end up doing stuff myself.

wonderful to hear that you were so busy (meaning there were a lot of people, BH) plus there was too much food. I hope you can freeze what's left for the next time too many people drop by unexceptedly for Shabbos
