Wahtever you get, make sure there is a warranty in writing, which specifies what is covered and what is not, and of course for how long.

I am not sure if I have ever heard of a warranty in writing for a shaitel?
Anyone else ?
Which is why important you buy from someone who stands behind her product! Ask before purchasing

the guarantee is printed on the receipt when you purchase from tori wigs. I'd be surprised if they were the only company that does this.

I have never purchased a tori or any other that came with a gaurantee in the label - so good to know for the next time - thanks for posting.
I just checked my shevy and no such gaurantee - oh well
