Does anyone have good salad recipes without sugar? I dont like putting sugar in salads bec salads are suppose to be healthy!

I like sweet and tangy dressings, so I always use Splenda.

I sometimes vary it with balsomic vineger and wine vinegar. Its a different taste.

how about good ol fashion mayo ketchup garlic & pepper
or Olive oil, vinegar, garlic & pepper

Tangy Dijon Dressing
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1. Whisk together all ingredients. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 1 week.

why not just plain salt? if thats no good, im all for the ketchup and mayo, maybe with mustard too.
I never understood the whole concept of salad dressing really. I grew up having salad with salt and it is VERY tasty.

I didn't grow up putting any kind of dressing at all on salads (not even salt), and that's how I like them, but if you're used to your salads being a bit sweet, how about throwing in some fruit (dry or fresh, as appropriate)?
