DS really studied hard for test on Gemara and did great bh. I want to show him recognition . Any food ideas like cake etc?

Does you DS have a favorite dessert? If not then get a cake and have the bakery write mazel tov, or "proud of you" on a chocolate that you place on the cake.

OP I just want to tell you that I think it is a beautiful thing that you want to show him that you are proud of his success in Torah. It is beautiful Chinuch!!!! May you continue to get Nachas from him.
