As the title says - I need some help (but don't want to go to a nutritionist just yet )
I am having a lot of food aversions this pregnancy: eggs, chicken, beef, fish, soysauce, and melted cheese.
I cannot eat beans or any legumes (including tofu, lentils, chickpeas, etc.) due to IBS I've had for the past few years.
So all that leaves me with is whole grain bread/other carbs and cheese or PB. Lunch is usually my main meal of the day - I've been eating toast with cottage cheese and a salad nearly every day for the past month and am getting really bored and frustrated.
Snacks/dinner I have fruit, yogurt, nuts, smoothies.
Any other ideas please??

I think my son is 50% watermelon considering how much of it I ate during his pregnancy.
