My 5 week old still spends more than 90% of the day asleep...
It is a huge bracha, but shouldn't she be waking up more often already?

I think that she is fine. According to what I have read, a normal amount of sleep for 5 week olds is 18-21 hours a day. Of course my son always slept at the lower end until around 18 months.

As long as she is gaining weight, be grateful! My (almost) 5 week old spends most of the afternoon/evening fussing with small naps in between. She doesn't have colic - but it ain't fun!
