Ended up eating a bunch of pecans and 2 pieces of my special diet blondies.
I definitely went over my calories, BUT I didn’t throw the baby out with the bath water.

I just hope tomorrow I won’t sabotage everything.

That is a good idea, but I prefer things that are not so sweet. Gum makes me feel nauseous. I literally get sick just from the smell.
I guess that ll make me not want to eat, so I guess it’s a great idea.

I can have the veggie sticks but not the humus,
But when your eating for comfort celery doesn’t help.
B”H I did what I did one day, and on back on plan now.
