Learn a trade? Go to college? Start a business? Get a job?

Why are you feeling lost? Are you leaving kollel?
Most men have a plan or job waiting for them when they leave kollel, they don't just leave without a plan.

Is this an emotional question? Financial (you posted in the finances forum)? Practical? Something else?

It's such a hard transition!
A week or two ago Mishpacha magazine ran a special edition focusing on this issue. I didn't read it (yet) so I'm not sure whether it focuses on community issues or individual support, but maybe you'd find it helpful. It was recent enough that you should be able to get a copy, maybe try calling Mishpacha.

Are you working? Are you able to continue to work until your husband finds a job?

if you tell us where you live - we can tell you about job lists and resources available. Sounds like there is a start of a plan: "seek out a job", then "work at the job" is a plan.

Honestly, many dont. Some are creative and have done part time work in different areas like amazon so can continue in that field. Otheres take courses with Torah Umesora to become rabbeim. PCS offers different courses for men leaving kollel, with help later on in finding jobs. Honestly its very hard for men, especially for those who leave suddenly, as (at least in dh's day), it wasnt spoken much about. hatlacha

Hatzlacha!
If you don't have a plan, contact PCS for vocational training and whatever else they can do.
I would also try to get hold of Orchos Chaim: Ben Torah for Life by Rabbi Aaron Lopiansky, shlita.
There are going to be some major adjustments. A few thoughts:
Even if for people who have plans, there an be hiccups, adjustments, struggles living with entry level salaries that promise doubling and tripling and beyond but may not move as fast as needed. As an odom gadol told us, don't kick yourselves for not doing this sooner. Don't regret any time spent in kollel. You are we you are supposed to be right now.
And Rabbi Reisman had several shiurim on shevet Levi at the end of Yehoshua. There was one based on speeches from Rav Shimon Schwab, zt"l. I don't have time to do it justice, if I could at all, but the upshot was that there's not so much a kollel-lechatchila/working-bedieved dichotomy as much as a mandate to live a lechatchila life regardless of what one does 9-5. That is truly fulfilling the ratzon Hashem.
Hatzlacha!
