I'm BT so no tradition from home but my first few shavuots I had at an Israeli DL house (parents from Morocco) and all Shavuot was dairy. I was really surprised to learn that some people do one dairy and one meat meal for Shavuot, and even more surprised to learn that some people do only meat. I keep up the dairy only tradition.

Growing up we had two dairy meals on shavuot (live in Israel, so that's all the meals), we also had one dairy meal on a two day chag (usually second night - this only happens once in a while - Israel).
As an adult we often have dairy on YT and Shabbat, so it's not super special. On Shavuot we'll usually have a dairy meal at night dairy kiddush and a very meaty BBQ in the afternoon.
