Is it allowed? For shalom bayis reasons? Also, can you get a manicure with just polish, no cutting nails?

For shalom bayis the woman can do these things. Regarding nail polish-I think that is not a must so maybe for shabbos?

It says in the Sefer by R. Eider,
A married woman, or one of marriageable age may shave (prob wax is ok too) even during the Nine Days. Cutting Nails is permitted throughout EXCEPT for the week in which TB falls out. Exception is for Mikvah.

I don't think a manicure in a salon is permitted. It's one thing if you paint your nails privately at home, anther thing in public.

I think before replying to such questions people should be sure to know about the topic very well. I see a lot of different answers and it’s confusing.

You notice that it’s a 10 year old thread? Doesn’t change your point but just saying.
