I try to work out like 2-3 times a wk. depending on the day - Denise Austin DVD.
I only workout at night. But sometimes I am just too tired or too much to do.

I went to the gym 2 -3 times a week. Once the gyms closed, I walked and did some online classes. The gyms are now reopened in NYC but I am waiting to go back as I'm not 100% sure it's safe.

I have months where I exercise every single day and months where I don't do any exercise.

I voted yes but 4-6x is very high. I have been exercising regularly 2x a week for the last 20 years
plus any walking I get in so I thought I should not vote no. Who outside hollywood pays trainers more than 2-3x a week?

Half hour a day. I make it a priority, so I’m able to find time for it. It’s also way easier for me because my kids are still little.

Little kids makes it easier?!
I exercise for about twenty minutes like 3 times a week but besides the fact that it's hard to find time because I'm busy, there's always a baby or toddler who needs me in the middle. Waking up at 4am like someone said they do wouldn't help; my baby usually ends up sleeping in my bed and whenever I've tried to wake up early to do things that I can't do with the kids- he wakes up.
I definitely find it gives my mood a boost when I exercise, especially with happy music, but it's not easy to get to.

Of course it does. Exercise is moving. Moving your feet, moving your muscles. You don't have to call it "exercise," or do anything special. Just move.

No, but I think I get at least 10,000 steps in (walking) a day just by my lifestyle. I wish I did regular exercise tho
