I remember it as a punchline to a joke...which I think was just a buildup scenario that led to the phrase

I've heard it as the punchline of a joke. A plane made an emergency landing in China. It was getting late and time for mincha so 1 chasid said to his friend " kim shoin Shimshon di zin shaint shoin".over hearing them a fellow American expressed wonder at how bright those jews are they already picked up the language!
