We had some damage from the hurricane in our basement. This part of the basement we don't actually use but my husband applied and we were approved for some money. That money will not cover the work that needs to be done in that space and we don't have the money now to do all the work. It's really a neglected part of our house. Out of sight out of mind.
Anyone know the rules? How long do we have to use the money? Do we need to take a loan to use the money and do the complete job? Anyone know anything?
