I know you have these sefarim that you learn every day that combine Chumash, Tehillim and Tanya into one book divided for daily learning (ChaTaT?). I was curious, how are the different section divided? The chumash would probably be divided into a year but what about the Tehillim and Tanya? Also, are they available in English?

anonymous since I am curious but not Lubavitch.

It's called Chitas (or Chitat).

Chumash is according to the parsha, as you guessed.

Tehillim is the 30-day division, we finish it every month.

The Previous Lubavitcher Rebbe (Rabbi Y.Y. Schneersohn zt"l) divided Tanya. We start it on the 19th of Kislev (the "Rosh Hashana of Chassidus" when the first Lubavitcher Rebbe was released from prison) and finish on the 18th of Kislev the next year. There are two divisions, one for a regular year and one for a leap year.

Yes, everything is available in English. I'm sure you know that ArtScroll makes a Chumash and a Tehillim, and there is a 5-volume series called Lessons in Tanya to learn Tanya.

Chitas may be said and is, by anyone. It is an awesome segulah for almost anything.

specifically, on Sunday, from Rishon to Sheni, on Monday from sheni to shlishi, etc. till shvii - till the end on Shabbos. The shiur consists of Chumash with Rashi.

chitas stands for chumash tehillim tanya

tehillim is divided by day of month ... day of week ...

chumash by parsha via day by week ...

while tanya is the only Lubavitch sefer ...

everything is available in english ...

some people have trouble saying during the week and "catch up" on shabbos

One more small point which wasn't mentioned: The word "Chitas" comes from a passuk (in Chumash) talking about Hashem's fear being on the surrounding non jews.

the Rebbe encouraged everyone to say chitas, not just Lubavichers - anyone with a neshama elokis = each and every Jew. It gives kochos to the neshama.
BTW, you're much better off saying it daily, not "catching up". For that reason, I say chumash w/o rashi.
Tehilim must be said before sunset, as well as chumash w/o rashi. chumash with rashi and tanya may be said also after sunset.
