a nineteen year old who is extremely finicky
she gets very irritated when she hears people chewing
ordinary food remnants disgust her
she overreacts if she discovers 'fish skin' in a plate in the sink after shabbos
or
toothpaste dribbles
I'm afraid how she'll get married this way

I would recommend trying the OT first because it's gentler, and has worked wonders for my son with like tendencies. Find someone who does MNRI method.
However, since she is already 19, you're going to have to be pretty diplomatic in selling her on going...

Is she otherwise "typical"? Maybe she just needs to mature a bit. OT won't solve the problem if she is immature and non tolerant.
