Rule number one-do not keep any tempting food in your house.
Rule number two-keep low fat crunchy or sweet snacks in your house for ICE(in case of emergencies)

eat something fleishig before you think about reaching for the icecream, or chocolate, or dairy candy, or cake...
Thank goodness I had chicken for dinner!!

There was a woman in my weight watchers meeting who was addicted to butter. She would have it with breakfast lunch dinner, snack crackers..Everything! So one day after a few weight watchers meetings she started imagining butter rubbed all over her body, like gooped on and thick. She realized thats what she was ingesting and thats what was in her insides. So if your hungry for something, break down the ingredients and think of it rubbed all over your body. its kinda nasty. Or imagine a 5 lb. bag of flour. thats like a thigh. Imagine all that weight on you and think twice if its really worth it.
And don't buy ice cream.

nosh away... but every calories you eat is not there for the dinner. I do that. Up to now I've managed to stay under 1500 calories, 1200/1300 when I'm good.
DOESNT GO IF YOU WATCH YOUR SUGAR OR CHOLESTEROL (disclaimer so I'm not told I make u sick)
