I can’t remember which magazine I saw it in..
It was a salmon recipe with few ingredients- very easy to make…
I know it had soy sauce and mustard…

I threw out some magazines already and it’s not on the ones I still have-

Maybe the wisk?

I really wanted to try it…

3 tbsp brown sugar
4 tsp mustard
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp vinegar

Bring ingredients to boil
Lower flame and simmer until thickens
Pour over salmon fillets
Bake at 425 for 10 minutes
Broil for 2-3 minutes

(It seems like a small amount of sauce so I would probably double the sauce ingredients.
Also, for salmon, I think it brings out a better flavor if you salt the salmon first.)

Most ovens have a broil button. There’s a choice of high or low. I did it on high. I guess it depends on your oven.
