How do you say " peek a boo" ( as in a game with little child) in Yiddish ? Thanks!

I don't think it exist.

Grew up with Yiddish as my first language and we never had a Yiddish version of this.

My grandparents did this with us! But I don't know the correct words. I wish I did!

I think it's clappy clappy little feet (some people substitute hentelach--hands) and you clap along
Mommy's baking little kichel (cookies)
Daddy's buying shoes
Good health on your little cheeks! (you pick up the baby's hands and bring them to his face at the end)

I looked and there are some old threads on this one. Seems like there are also variations on the words.
