Are Mitzvah Kinder bendable?
I saw a Cocomelon fairly cheap but I'd rather not buy something from a TV show, even though it seems pretty innocent.

We have the Hape people. Is that small enough for you? They are bigger than Mitzvah Kinder (which are one piece, not poseable at all).

Thanks. They look like Melissa and Doug knockoffs. I've seen them and for some reason they creep me out. Maybe I'll go with them anyway. I'm not playing with them.

Cocomelon isn't any different than fischer price, mickey mouse or any other character. Your kids don't have to know that there's a cocomelon TV show. There are so so many cocomelon toys and books, to kids it's just another toy.

Most kids old enough for a dollhouse aren't putting toys in their mouth. In addition you can look at the listing to see what testing the seller did. For certain items there are actually much stricter standards.

Not sure how much access you have to used items (craigslist, marketplace, toy stores, etc) but what I loved growing up and what I've begged, borrowed and stole for my own kids are the loving family people.

It depends on many factors. This time if year is usually best. In a month or two you'll have competition from people doing holiday shopping.

This is what we have. I'm keeping them in the house, not giving them to dgd who has a new dollhouse with furniture and no people or extras.
