If you are chasidish that would be pronounced Suri and Surele.

This is for girls named Sara Rina. Many people shorten it to sarena, just like they shorten Sara rivka to sarivka.
If the girls name is just Sara, then calling them Sarina is just giving them a non Jewish name

it could be thats her english name and her hebrew name is sarah. lots of people call kids by english names
