My baby is teething and just cut his first tooth on shabbos. I noticed since Friday he has tiny red dots/pimples by his neck and now it's traveling to his cheeks. It doesn't seem to bother him. And I don't want to go to the dr for nothing

I remember with one of my kids the same thing happened. I was also nervous. The dr said it’s due to teething from their saliva. Just keep the area where he/ she drools. I’m sure there’s a cream, but this was over a decade ago snd I don’t remember
